Collin Yost

Co-Founder
Collin is originally from Perrysburg, OH. He moved to Cincinnati, OH in 2018 to join the Mount St. Joseph University Men’s Basketball Team. During his time at the Mount, Collin joined the Mount St. Joseph University School of Business team as an Office Assistant and Social Media/Web Coordinator. He graduated in December of 2022 with a marketing degree, and jumped right in to the founding of C&Z Consulting.
Zach Thompson

Co-Founder
Zach Thompson, pictured with Mary Benedetto, began his academic journey at Mount St. Joseph University in 2018, and he graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing in 2022. He then went on to complete his Master’s of Business Administration in May, 2023. Zach has experience in manufacturing, sales, logistics, retail, and restaurant industries. He plans to use his well-rounded skillset to grow his clients’ business as well as his own.
Kobe

Chief Operating Officer
C&Z Consulting is a close-knit team that would be incomplete without Kobe. Kobe supervises and oversees all C&Z operations. He even offers his own occasional input by walking right across the keyboard.
